This New Contemporary Modern 4/3.5 home features (3) rooms with King beds, (1) Office with a Full Size Bed, Common area with a Sofa pullout Queen size bed. 2 private bathrooms, 1 full shared and a half bath. Designer Kitchen with Thermador appliance package, Dining room that can seat 12, Living room with a stone fireplace wall and outside is the Entertainment Pool & Jacuzzi with a covered seating area, BBQ grill area with a sink & beverage fridge, 3 sun loungers, 2 ledge loungers in the pool and there also an outdoor projector with a 10' screen. (note only 3rd floor isnt accessible) Enjoy!
Other Details to Note
To connect to the pool area projector you will need to hookup your own equipment with an HDMI, It does have an apple TV which you can login and use. You can operate the pool and spa through the I pad in the kitchen the passcode is 111111 and the app you need is the “ i“ icon. Operate the Lights, Jacuzzi heat & jets, and pool fountains. We ask you do not use the exterior Firepit with asking us first, this is for safety reasons. Elevator is not allowed for use unless you have a disability that impedes you from taking stairs, we will need to verify this prior to arrival and use. In that instance, let us know and we will show you how to operate it, residential elevators operate a bit differently from those you find in office buildings. For safety reasons, if elevator is used without prior authorization, a $100 fee will be applied to your booking. NO PARTIES OR EXCESSIVE NOISE IS ALLOWED. QUIET TIME IS AFTER 11PM.

This home is lived in by us when not being rented out, so we do have belongings in certain areas, however we've left plenty of storage space to fit your needs. Only the 3rd floor is inaccessible during your stay, the owners guest, may access this area but he wouldn't enter the rest of the homes living spaces (1st & 2nd floor) you'd be using.
