100 f**cking stars bro!! He accommodated my stay based off my special request and didn’t upcharge me! Spotted me on the property and went out his way to greet me!! Friendly stand up guy! Nice secluded ducked off residence, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Did I mention safe? I wish this was the area I lived in back at home! I’ll be back! 200 f**cking stars!!!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay with Kim & Jake this was hands-down one of the BEST Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The moment we walked in, the house was absolutely immaculate. Not just “tidy,” but truly spotless. It smelled fresh, everything was organized, and you could instantly relax because it felt so well cared for. The beds were unbelievably cozy we all slept better there than we do at home, which never happens when traveling! They had literally everything we needed already there. From the little essentials you usually forget to pack, to a fully comfortable setup that made it easy to settle in right away they have clearly thought of every detail so guests don’t have to stress about a thing. The location was perfect and made getting around simple and convenient. But what really made this stay stand out was Kim & Jake themselves. They were incredibly kind, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. Anytime we had a question they answered right away.

I had a great stay here, the place is clean, comfortable and easy to come and go. The hosts were easy to contact and attentive to any questions, great set up with common outside areas and a nice little community. I’d recommend anyone to stay here for a nice, hassle free and well connected stay in the Montrose area of Houston. 😁

Jake's place is in such a great location. It is an easy 15 minute or less walk to great coffee shops, restaurants, bars, the Menil Collection art museum, and Rothko chapel. It is about a 15 minute drive to the medical center, making it a great stay if you are there for treatment. Jake was responsive and helpful and the off-street parking was nice to have.

We stayed for a whole month and the place was great, looked just like the photos. There were enough supplies for weeks. The location is excellent, lots of parks nearby, lots of great restaurants nearby. The host is very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The Airbnb was exactly how the listing describes. The beds were very comfortable and there was a TV in each room which is nice! I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Houston. Location was also very close to everything which was super convenient!

I’ve stayed in Houston 4 separate times tbh is year for about 4 months. This was my favorite bnb I’ve stayed in as well as location. Spacious, well decorated, comfortable, clean, and in a nice area of town. Will definitely be back

We couldn’t have been luckier in finding the perfect place for our month-long stay. We had everything we needed in a comfortable, clean and excellently located home. Our car was under cover and our dog was welcomed! The bed was comfy, the TV had every service possible, and the WiFi allowed us to work during our stay. Grocery shopping was only 5 minutes away by car and the excellent Common Bond cafe was a 5 minute walk. No question, we will definitely book again. Thanks, Jake!
