This my second time staying at one of Jake's properties. Perfect location if looking to stay in Montrose. Very walkable. Jake was very responsive and flexible with allowing me to extend my stay. I will definitely check out his properties when I return to Houston. Until next time!

Not sure how Jake and Co got screwed with this low rating, but it’s completely inaccurate. This place is clean, convenient, and quite cool with the abundant and completely essential AC. You can walk and get sweaty to a lot of cool places nearby. One issue I had was that the giant tv in my bedroom made me watch movies until 2am, though I can’t really blame Jake for that. Lastly, I left my laptop during checkout and Jake and Co were able to get it back to me before my flight back. 6 ⭐️!
