We couldn’t have been luckier in finding the perfect place for our month-long stay. We had everything we needed in a comfortable, clean and excellently located home. Our car was under cover and our dog was welcomed! The bed was comfy, the TV had every service possible, and the WiFi allowed us to work during our stay. Grocery shopping was only 5 minutes away by car and the excellent Common Bond cafe was a 5 minute walk. No question, we will definitely book again. Thanks, Jake!

We ended up staying a month due to construction taking longer on our condo. This space was very comfortable and convenient. Jake was easy to reach, and we enjoyed the outdoor space. We were so grateful for the accommodation. It is in walking distance to restaurants and is a very quiet part of Montrose. Happy to know we have this space available in the neighborhood!

Probably the most responsive Airbnb host I've ever had. Jake was very helpful and made our stay as seamless as possible. You really cannot beat the location here, and for such a reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again. This is a very beautiful neighborhood in Montrose walkable to many restaurants, retail, etc. but felt very safe. Property was as described, and any questions we had were responded to immediately. Checkin/checkout made very easy by detailed and simple guide.

we had a great stay in Jake's place for a week, peaceful and easy to go visiting all interesting places, museums (fine art, 11 mins driving), restaurants (bludorn, 7 mins driving). The covered backyard and the fenced car lot are the bonus for our short visit. We definitely come back here again the next time. Jake was so responsible to help the high-speed wifi setup when we told him we need the Internet for daily conf. Great thanks for Jake's effort here !

Jake was very polite and continued checking on us throughout the stay! Very detailed on instructions, but he also answered any questions in a timely fashion if we needed to clarify some stuff! Would recommend anyone in the Houston area to use this Airbnb

We had to be in Houston for 3 weeks for medical care and we needed a place to feel at home and decompress. Jake and Kim made our stay very comfortable and we felt cared for. We will be returning to Houston every couple of months and we look forward to staying here again.
