Probably the most responsive Airbnb host I've ever had. Jake was very helpful and made our stay as seamless as possible. You really cannot beat the location here, and for such a reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again. This is a very beautiful neighborhood in Montrose walkable to many restaurants, retail, etc. but felt very safe. Property was as described, and any questions we had were responded to immediately. Checkin/checkout made very easy by detailed and simple guide.

The apartment was very pleasant, clean, and perfectly located — close to everything you need to enjoy Houston. The neighborhood was calm and convenient, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.

we had a great stay in Jake's place for a week, peaceful and easy to go visiting all interesting places, museums (fine art, 11 mins driving), restaurants (bludorn, 7 mins driving). The covered backyard and the fenced car lot are the bonus for our short visit. We definitely come back here again the next time. Jake was so responsible to help the high-speed wifi setup when we told him we need the Internet for daily conf. Great thanks for Jake's effort here !

Jake and Kim went above and beyond with everything I needed! They were incredibly welcoming, and the location was perfect — close to everything, quiet and safe. Thank you so much for making me and my doggo feel at home. This Airbnb truly felt like home away from home. Def recommend it!

Jake was very polite and continued checking on us throughout the stay! Very detailed on instructions, but he also answered any questions in a timely fashion if we needed to clarify some stuff! Would recommend anyone in the Houston area to use this Airbnb

We had to be in Houston for 3 weeks for medical care and we needed a place to feel at home and decompress. Jake and Kim made our stay very comfortable and we felt cared for. We will be returning to Houston every couple of months and we look forward to staying here again.

My stay here was amazing! Jake was really responsive to any questions or concerns that i had. The neighborhood was amazing! So many attractions and restaurants within walking distance . I’d definitely stay here again !

We had to unexpectedly extend a trip to Houston, and were really lucky to find Jake's property.
The apartment was lovely, quiet, and clean, and the whole family felt really at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable (I asked Jake what mattress brand he uses!). Jake was also really responsive. Communicative and proactive when working to solve an (entirely out of his control) wifi issue. We felt very well looked after by the host.
Very pleased with the stay and would definitely book with Jake again.
